April Notable Employees

At Netmatters, we like to show appreciation to employees who go the extra mile. Each month, it becomes harder to single out one employee who has excelled the most. This is because our team continually strives to reach all targets and deliver exceptional results.

The Notable of Notables is presented to a member of staff who has shown exceptional commitment since taking on the role of IT Project Manager. Not only this, she has received extremely positive feedback from a client for the way she dealt with their issues. This month, we would like to present the well-deserved award to Katy Leeson.

The Most Notable of Notable Employees

Katy Leeson

Katy has proven her dedication for her job role and to Netmatters. Katy continues to work well as part of the IT team and recently stepped up in the absence of a senior member of the IT team ensuring none of our clients lost out as a result. In addition, she has dealt with some challenging work and requests that have ultimately resulted in some excellent feedback from the client. 

Katy Leeson - I personally want to thank her for her assistance while our Service Manager was away on leave, she stepped in and provided help with anything which needed to be done – great team player! - Chris Gulliver

Frank Desai - He has been gripping his accounts and showing great awareness. Additionally Frank has been heading off problems before they occur and being very positive all the time. - James Gulliver

Robert George – Doing an extremely good job in a very challenging role. Rob adapts a methodical approach to everything he does and keeps calm at all times, regardless of the nature. - James Gulliver

Mark Johnson - One of our newest recruits, we would like to commend Mark for embracing change and being a force of positivity - Tom Lancaster

Jim Wright - He has an excellent attitude for an up and coming developer, always keen to get involved in new projects. Asks smart questions and explains what he’s tried already. All the right tools to grow professionally and deliver quality work to the customer – Adam Greer

Pete Holmes - He’s been thrown in the deep end working with challenging projects but is getting on fantastically, another example of someone putting in the hard work and delivering. Keep it up Pete! – Adam Greer

Dave McLean - An experienced member of the IT team, Dave get his dues for the amazing feedback received from Black Swan for his ongoing works there – Elliot Peacock

Richard Dent - Always goes above and beyond to assist with Technical issues in out of hours – Chris Gulliver

Chris Waldie - Proving to be a strong team player, happy to help and provide considered input on handling technical issues. Well Done Chris. – Chris Gulliver

Matt Chapman - Has completed IT security audits and has worked on refining the process for clients. Additionally, Matt has created supporting documentation to be distributed to clients – Chris Gulliver
