August Notable Employees

Netmatters like to recognise an employee as being the "Notable Employee of the Month", to show our appreciation to the hard work by an individual who surpasses all expectations set. Each department head acknowledges one particular employee who's efforts have stood out amongst the crowd over the past month, and nominate them as a candidate for this award.

The Notable of Notables is presented to a member of staff who has delivered some fantastic work whilst updating and fixing some issues relating to our hosting cluster. His work has been diligent and he has taken care not to cause disruption to the service we are providing customers. This month's Notable of Notables is awarded to Drew Halls.

Drew has done a great job in rectifying some long term issues we have had with hosting. He has also been key in putting some additional plans in place so that we can continue to make improvements to the platform moving forward. Great work Drew! - Josh Ralph

This Month’s Other Notable Employee Nominations:

Lewie Carton - Since joining, Lewie has come on leaps and bounds with his SEO learning and management of client accounts. From joining as a junior, Lewie has grown to become a valued member of the digital team. Always putting the clients interest at the core of everything he does, we have high expectations to what Lewie can achieve whilst at Netmatters. – Lydia Whitney

Josh Ralph – Josh started his new role this month as Web Development Manager this month and is already performing brilliantly. He has shown an interest in areas of the business he hasnt been exposed to before and is keen to learn more. It's an excellent attitude and i'm sure he'll excel. - Adam Greer

Simon Wright - Continues to take on challenging work and has also been working hard to bring the rest of his team along. Simon has always had a considered approach and his mindfulness and awareness of both the team and customers is a real asset. - Adam Greer

Robert Hitchcock - Robert is taking on more responsibility in his POD and developing into a really good technician. Robert is always happy to help and had good feedback from his client. Good work Rob! – Robert George
