Matthew Wilson - Scion Graduate - Netmatters

We are pleased to announce that after only 8 months spent on our Netmatters Scion Coalition Scheme (SCS), Matthew Wilson has successfully graduated. Matthew has secured employment at New Interface, which is an amazing achievement.

The Netmatters SCS was created to bridge the gap in the local tech industry and to help create new opportunities for aspiring web developers to progress in their training and, therefore career. This is why, the Scion Coalition Scheme is a professional development training program that teaches technical skills, but also how to work appropriately in a professional environment.

Thanks to our sponsors, we are able to offer employment opportunities following completion of the scheme. We partner with a number of varying companies in the East Anglian region like Engage Health Systems Ltd, Tech East, Modality systems and of course, Netmatters. We have also officially launched a self-funded entry to the programme, information on which can be found here.

During his time on the scheme, Matthew has remained focused and driven with his learning. We have no doubts that he will excel in his new role and his success acts as a testament to the Scion Coalition Scheme, proving it to be an invaluable opportunity for bright, motivated people.

"Matthew has been a real asset to both sides of our Scion Scheme. He adapted well to the challenges he has faced on the scheme and has been able to overcome them with confidence and a positive attitude. Overall, the experience has been incredibly rewarding for both Matthew and Netmatters and we wish him luck" - Tessa Woodrow, Scion Coalition Scheme Training Manager

We’d like to once again congratulate Matthew and are extremely thankful for all of the dedication shown throughout his time here. We hope you join us in wishing Matthew congratulations and good luck with his career!
