December Notable Employees 2018

Once again, it's that time here at Netmatters, where we like to recognise the "Notable of Notable Employees". This is awarded to an employee who has stood out in their daily duties or has played a vital role in something special during the previous month. 

Each one of our department managers is asked to nominate an employee who they feel has excelled in particular for their attitude and aptitude. Each one of these employees is then considered as a candidate for this award. 

The Notable of Notables is presented to a member of staff who has completed content, design and technical tasks to a fantastic standard. This month's Notable of Notables is awarded to Lewie Carton.

Lewie Carton

Throughout the year Lewie has developed tremendously with his SEO understanding and putting this knowledge and experience into practice with all his work. Conscious of the clients objectives, Lewie goes above and beyond to ensure all work he completes is to the highest possible standard and as a result has helped support other peers SEM accounts – completing content, design and technical tasks to a fantastic standard. Dieter Harper - In his short time at Netmatters, Dieter has integrated well into the team and is already building a strong relationship with his PODs clients. Dieter is proving to be a great addition to the team. Keep up the good work Dieter! – Rob George

Matt Hurst – Matt is becoming a strong technician and great support to his POD leader in taking more responsibility with the PODs clients. Matt is also starting to become more commercially aware along with always keeping a cool head under pressure. – Rob George

Tom Lancaster – Tom is a positive force for continuous improvement and embracing feedback. Providing solid guidance to his team. - James Gulliver

Bethany Shakespeare – Bethany has shown nothing but excellent commitment to her position since joining Netmatters, she has gripped a very challenging and diverse role and has put her stamp on processes & procedures already. Bethany did an excellent job with the Christmas month celebrations - she also managed the setup of the End of Year Company Presentation with ease, this all went really well, staying late to ensure all was tidy/ squared up so we were ready for business the next day. – Chris Gulliver

Millie Pankhurst – Continuing to be a strong member of team, Millie did an exceptional job in organising the Netmatters 10 year event - which was a "great success", with lots of positive feedback from all that attended. Millie went above and beyond to ensure this event was managed well - all of this on-top of her core role as head of Administration and HR. – Chris Gulliver
