January Notable Employees

One of the many ways that we show gratitude towards our hard-working employees is with our monthly Notable Employee award. With the first month of the new year already drawing to a close, we’re delighted to congratulate our first Notable Employee of 2018.

The Most Notable of Notable Employees

As the name suggests, this award is presented to a member of staff who has exceeded expectations and delivered work on the client behalf to an exceptional standard. This month we are very pleased to announce that Richard Dent is the winner.

Richard Dent

"Richard has been fantastic, I can't begin to tell you how much we appreciate his efforts and the professional way this has been dealt with."

Over the last few weeks Richard has been at the forefront of helping a client who suffered major server outages as a result of a serious virus attack. On consecutive evenings, it wasn’t uncommon for Richard to still be working to try and resolve the issue for the client and help them be able to continue with their day-to-day operations without any threat. A glowing appreciation statement was received from the client regarding Richard’s attitude and performance, as well as their experience with Netmatters in general. Richard notes that he could not have done it without the assistance of the IT team who were at hand to help remotely, and is proud to be a part of the ever-dedicated team.

January's Notable Employee Nominations:

Chris Raby -  Chris has come into January with a great attitude and is proving to be a real asset to his team. From helping out new team members to pushing forward with developing apps.

Adam Burns – Adam has dealt with a companywide issue for our largest IT client in a professional and logical manner. Again, the whole IT team pulled together and worked as a team to reach a satisfactory resolution.

Robert George – Robert has been managing some difficult situations over the previous few weeks, but has made sure the team, and himself kept on top of progress and communicated with the clients at agreed points, gave valuable input into the process and worked with IT team to ensure service standards continues to improve all clients.

Emma Henderson – Emma has taken to the role incredibly well. Her thorough approach and diligence with client activity ensures that actions are always delivered in a clear and succinct manner. She is very good in front of clients, and has demonstrated positive and proactive suggestion and solutions for them.

Lydia Whitney -  Lydia has fully embraced everything which she has inherited over the last few weeks, and has continued to take it all in her stride.
