Each month, various departments recognise those employees who have excelled in their work and helped Netmatters deliver excellent service to our clients. Our T.R.U.E values are how we started as a company, and we continue to strive to uphold these values as we continue to grow. July was another busy month for us, and this month we celebrate our notable employees for their hard work and dedication.
Our teams have continued to meet and exceed our expectations, driving results both internally and externally. As a company, we love to celebrate each success to ensure that every employee gets the recognition they deserve.

Jaz has done a seriously impressive job on the initial investigation and subsequent tender writing and submission for our Bootcamp training course, this has resulted in us being approved as an accepted supplier to provide training courses through this initiative. – Tom Lancaster

Our July 2022 Notables
James Binding - Consistently tackling some pretty tricky ad-hoc tasks that have been given to him recently, with very little input needed from others. His technical skills are growing fast! – Simon Wright
Maxwell Jermy – Picking up and assisting with a project on the 11th hour, with no background knowledge and absolutely smashing through all tasks given. A real champion with an excellent attitude and approach to a problem! – Simon Wright
Josh Ralph – Working hard to keep his team rolling, being a great mentor and supportive team lead. – Simon Wright
Bethany Shakespeare & Kate Batchelor – have worked tirelessly these last few weeks to recruit four new employees within digital. They have done a great job of vetting candidates, ensuring that the interview to trial day rate is very high. They’ve also helped me personally ensure that we’re continuously improving the onboarding for new employees, making sure that they have the best experience possible. – Jim Palmer
Ben Revell – Ben has really hit the floor running, tabling some really good ideas and suggestions for improvements that can be made to procedures and products he’s involved in. He has taken feedback well and is super keen to learn and develop his career. I’m personally really looking forward to seeing Ben flourish here. – Jim Palmer
Ollie Thompson – Ollie expressed interest to take on and manage Netmatters own marketing, which he will be taking on over the coming months. He’s very proactive in terms of tabling ideas and suggestions to improve procedures and products, all of which I have a huge amount of time for. He has also had some great feedback from Banham Zoo on the work we are doing for them. – Jim Palmer
Jonathan Haylock - Jon has been doing a brilliant job lately as I have transitioned the management of some existing projects over to his management, he has shown a real desire to learn and understand these projects and has been doing a stellar job keeping the customers updated on progress as it is made. – Tom Lancaster
Maxwell Jermy - Maxwell was able to offer some cross pod technical assistance on some complex problems to assist whilst the technical lead was on annual leave, his work has put us in a really strong position and helped us achieve our delivery in what looked to be a very challenging turnaround. – Tom Lancaster
Simon Wright – continuing to be excellent and always going above and beyond for the benefit of all. Well done Simon – James Gulliver
Courtney Noel – Courtney’s attitude towards work is amazing and she is quickly proving herself to be a valuable team member. She is always willing to help and is happy to turn her hand to any task that needs doing. In recent weeks, Courtney has taken on additional workload without any hesitation or complaint, which has helped to relieve the workload of others in the team. – James Street
Jamie Slater – For the knowledge and support, he has given in the first stages of the Gorleston Office Expansion project. – James Street
Anna Cislo – Anna is one of the most positive and kind people I know! It’s so lovely seeing her each day bringing a smile to everyone’s faces, including work incredibly hard, learning, and progressing in her role! I hear no end of positive feedback about Anna, and she really has Netmatters TRUE values at heart! I’m excited to see where Anna’s role takes her within the company! - Bethany Shakespeare
Kieran Sprouse - Has a “can do” attitude, always willing to help the department when someone is in need. Stepped up when resource was tight and making great strides with the NCE Microsoft licensing change over – Robert George
Deo Matthews – Picked up POD Leader duties for holiday cover really well in managing POD KPI’s - Robert George
Sophie Maxam – Doing a great job in managing multiple projects that have numerous complexities and alternations, however, always stays calm and manages the project to ensure it comes back inline - Robert George
Mark Harrison – really finding his rhythm and getting up to speed, has been doing a tremendous job lately hitting or surpassing his targets and delivering some fantastic opportunities - Elliott Peacock
Michael Grimshaw – his cool calm and collected manner when dealing with challenges instills huge confidence, twinned with an exceptional work ethic he is a real asset to the business - Elliott Peacock
