Two years ago, we shared with you the exciting news that we had gained Gold Partner status with 3CX the company behind our fantastic telecoms service.
Our partnership with 3CX has gone from strength to strength and we are pleased to announce today that we are now one of a handful of Platinum Partners in the East of England. 3CX is a powerful, software-based telecommunications platform, which is both scalable and affordable.
The recent changes in the economy have meant that more and more businesses have needed to find a way to remain in contact with both staff and customers without being in the office. Software such as 3CX has made this transition to a more flexible way of working much easier.
By gaining access to the Platinum Partner level we are able to get even more access to training and information on a regular basis to help continually improve our knowledge, and ultimately our service to you our customers.
“This achievement has been made possible thanks to the teamwork here at Netmatters, we always strive to deliver an excellent level of service and this award is testament to that.” Joe Trower – Telecoms Consultant
If you would like to find out more about 3CX and how it can help your business to remain flexible no matter what happens in the outside world then contact us today and one of our team of experts will talk to you about the benefits of this fantastic software.
