Netmatters Website 1st Birthday

A year ago today we launched the new Netmatters website as a necessity due to business growth and to give our visitors a better user experience. One agency, 6 services, all in one place. 

Going back in time to before the website transformation, we were managing 5 separate websites, one main site (Web Design) and 4 sites highlighting different services – Digital Marketing, IT, Telecoms and a dedicated site for our Bespoke Software - Sysflow. This was proving to be confusing for users and since most of our customers choose to utilise multiple areas of the business, it made sense that they should be housed under one roof.

Additionally, as we have now extended our business solutions by implementing a line of bespoke Cyber Security services – triggered due to the introduction of GDPR regulations. A new website that clearly outlined all our options as a full-service tech agency was essential.

The result is a single, simple website, beautifully integrating all services whilst clearly outlining them as individual solutions. Users now benefit from ease-of-navigation, and so can easily gain quality information about a range of services all in one place, without having to shift from website to website.

More and more people search on mobile devices, so to capitalise on this, the interactive experience is fully responsive, no matter the device.

We’re incredibly proud of our website overhaul and we can now look to the future – enabling our site to grow alongside the business.
