We are thrilled to announce the promotion of Adam Greer to Operations Director in addition to his current role of Technical Director with immediate effect.
Netmatters has a strong culture of promoting from within and this is something Adam has been working towards. Netmatters is continuing to grow year on year and Adam taking on this increased role allows us to spread some of the responsibilities within the current team of Directors.
“I am delighted that Adam is taking on this new role and know he will enjoy the new challenges it will bring. He has performed exceptionally well as our Technical / Workflow Director so I have every confidence he will help to further develop Netmatters with this new role.” - James Gulliver, Managing Director
Adam joined Netmatters in 2012 and has worked in a number of roles across departments in that time. This new role will see him working with all department heads providing oversight on their KPIs, workflow and efficiency. Adam has a history in automation and system development, which will continue to be applied to the developmental roadmap for our Netmatters admin system. In addition to this, he will act as the final sign off for all new product offerings across all sectors of the business.
He has been a great advocate for Netmatters and a strong supporter of our TRUE Values. Adam’s naturally methodical and analytical mindset will be a great asset within his new role and we know Adam will excel at managing his new responsibilities.
“I'm very excited to be taking on the Operations Director role. I've been working towards this, taking on the additional responsibilities, over the last 2 years and am keen to take on the final parts of the role and see how it evolves. This is also a testament to the exceptional team we have, in both Web/Software and the Admin System, to allow me the time to fulfill this new role.” -Adam Greer, Operations and Technical Director
Join us in congratulating Adam on his promotion and wishing him every success in his new role.
