We give special recognition to individuals who embody our T.R.U.E values and show unwavering dedication to delivering top-notch service to our clients. 

Amidst the August hustle, one name shines bright as our "Notable of Notables" - none other than Emily Caseley! Her exceptional contributions have truly set the bar high for the rest of us. Congratulations, Emily!

Introducing Our August Notables 

Dannielle Peeke-Vout – Dannielle has done an exceptional job assisting with the Digital team projects as well as managing her Web clients, this was during a transition period to assist the team. Dannielle had some good feedback and insights and helped us manage the workload and now establish a better system for managing clients across the two sectors. An excellent job during a challenging couple of months. – Adam Greer 

Matt Hurst – Dealt with a very difficult and upset customer with calmness and professionalism. Matt always maintains a positive energy no matter what the situation and is always willing to provide his advice or lend a hand. An asset to the company. – James Street  

Elliot Norman – Taking on the challenge of his new responsibilities well. Elliot is always open to receiving feedback or suggestions and learning from other’s experiences. Keep up the good work Elliot! – James Street 

Kieran Sprouse - Kieran is our most newly minted Team Lead in IT and has already been doing a sterling job. It’s been a challenging month with lots of holiday and absences, but Kieran has continued to focus on quality, service, and best advice throughout his team. Solid work, keep it up! – Matt Hurst 

Simon Jones – Doing an excellent job with managing clients' expectations and staying positive. – James Gulliver

Rebecca Brine, Jonathan Haylock and Dannielle Peeke-Vout - I’d like to nominate these three for the work they did covering the department when we were short staffed at the beginning of the month, they did a really good job of keeping things running in my absence and ensured that no projects came to a grinding halt in this time between the three of them.  – Tom Lancaster  

Jimmy Wright - Has been blasting through tasks showing an excellent balance of getting things done while having awareness of when details need to be checked. Showing he can have complex work handed over and it will be completed both efficiently and to a high standard. – Simon Wright 

Drew Halls - Wading through and owning critical tasks passed to him with tight deadlines, ensuring to keep the focus on our true values and deliver for clients. His hard work and dedication are always appreciated! – Simon Wright

Tomas Leigh – Being very open and receptive to feedback on how to improve his skill set when it comes to presenting best advice to clients on Technical Improvements and shows he cares about the accounts he is aligned to. – Rob George

Rosario Furia and Jake Tuley – As part of my service delivery checks, I attended a digital marketing review meeting for ID Asbestos that Jake and Rosario led. The meeting was flawless. The client openly said at the end that we are the most professional supplier that work with, we have exceeded their expectations and there are incredibly happy with the results. One of the best review meetings I have been in. Well done team. – Jim Palmer
