Introducing Our February Notables
Thalia Chegwidden – Thalia has got stuck into technical troubleshooting since joining Digital, going above and beyond the expectations of a new starter by solving complex tracking issues, suggesting timesaving procedure improvements, and supporting other techs with Google Ads and other tasks. If you have a problem to solve, throwing it Thalia’s way is a safe bet. – Elliot Norman
Chris Kelker – Doing a fantastic job dealing with a lot more customer communication, getting dropped in the deep end with project work with new systems and taking on more responsibilities. Great work! – Emily Mackley
Celestin Jacobs – Having joined the team recently, Celestin has hit the ground running and is proving to be a very dependable member of the team. – Dannielle Peeke-Vout
Rose Harris - Rose managed to push out a number of case studies this month and is supporting our content fantastically. - Rebecca Sibanda
Sean Bosley - Sean has been brilliant at system migration, taking great ownership and problem-solving with the client. - Jake Rackham
Dieter Harper – Doing a great job of leading the team, training up the new starters, and managing a busy workload. – Will Thompson
Harry Barnes – Harry has settled into the team and role very quickly. He is smashing through training and displaying great phone manner with customers. Great work! – Kieran Sprouse
Ellen Marshall – Ellen has had a really good month in February and has built some fantastic relationships with her clients. Clients really trust Ellen and the work she is doing. – Dylan Taylor
Dannielle Peeke-Vout & Emily Mackley – Both are doing a great job in Project Management, embracing the changes and helping make the role easier to manage and more controlled. – James Gulliver
Corey Scanlon – I have enjoyed working with Corey in the last few weeks. He has a good attitude and is doing well. – James Gulliver
Matt Chapman – Matt is doing a great job for our customers directly and through his automation work. He is very willing to embrace change and make improvements. – James Gulliver
Gary Cullen - Gary is an unsung hero. His work ethic is so consistent, great work. – James Gulliver
Oli Mays – Oli is well ahead of target for the year whilst still in probation and receiving positive feedback across the board. Well done Oli, keep up the good work. – Jim Palmer
Bethany Shakespeare – Bethany has helped and assisted me a lot recently. She is an asset to the company. – Jim Palmer
Rosario Furia – Received positive feedback from multiple peers that included: ‘great in meetings, really good at building strategies, very convincing with clients and directly contributing to us winning new hours.’ Well done Rosario, keep it up. – Jim Palmer
Jake Tuley/Thalia Chegwidden – Both are showing a real passion to drive our PPC offering forward and looking into ways that we can better track leads and report on success. – Jim Palmer

Rebecca Sibanda/Emily Caseley – Both are taking good ownership of the Netmatters marketing work to drive lead generation. – Jim Palmer
Lewis Wilby - Lewis has done a fantastic job leading some larger projects recently, always ensuring they’re delivered to an exceedingly high standard. He’s a great support to the team and constantly pushes for progress, making a real difference to every project he’s involved in.- Peter Holmes
Dieter Harper - Dieter has been brought in multiple times to assist with emergency issues over the last couple of months. He always grips issues and lets clients know that any issues are in safe hands. Keep it up! – Matt Hurst
