Today, we celebrate the brilliant accomplishments of Kayleigh Hall as she celebrates 10 years at Netmatters, entering the hall of fame as our newest 'Hero!'
quickly established herself as a capable and versatile developer after joining the team in 2014, progressing through the ranks due to her exceptional development and leadership skills. Her deep commitment to developing and mentoring others is admirable and this passion has cemented her as a crucial part of empowering the team's continuous development and growth.
Recognised for her outstanding contributions, Kayleigh received the “Unsung Hero” at the 2023 DevelopHER Awards and was the winner of the “Tech Star” Award in 2024. She has also played a key role in the success of the Scion Scheme, which helped the team win the Princess Royal Training Awards... twice! This highlights her innovative work, dedication to team growth, and exceptional ability to master complex technologies.
From Junior Developer, through her roles as Mid-Level Developer, Senior Developer, Squad Leader, and Scion Development Manager, Kayleigh has always gone over and above expectations in a staggering display of her exemplary technical prowess and developmental capability. Working on countless website projects, technically leading web development, and developing bespoke ecommerce, portal, and business management platforms, she has impressed us all time and time again.
A prime example of the core T.R.U.E values at Netmatters, Kayleigh has taken ownership of team development, made complex concepts approachable for all, and used her decade of extensive expertise to drive both personal and team success. Congratulations, Kayleigh!

In celebration of Kayleigh's 10 years with us, Netmatter are presenting her with the 'Long Service Award’ along with a special gift to reward all her diligent work.
