March 2021 Notables

Every month we celebrate the most notable of employees here at Netmatters. Each department head is asked to nominate individuals they feel have gone above and beyond in the previous month. We have continued to see some fantastic examples of notable worthy behaviour again this month with staff doing their utmost to continue to deliver at every turn.

March was a good month for Netmatters and a particularly fantastic month for our Most Notable of Notable Employees, our Head of Digital. 

The Most Notable of Notable Employees 

Jim Palmer

Jim Palmer: Again absolutely smashing it! Rallying the digital Marketing side of the business with some decent wins and good account management. – James Gulliver

Jim has been doing some really good work lately on the process for on boarding of digital customers and helping to address gaps in procedures, he has also had some notable wins on new digital retainers in the last month. – Tom Lancaster

This month's other Notables are as follows:

Jack Chambers: Jack has excelled in picking up additional accounts and managing these as if he’s been working on them for years. Over the past couple of weeks alone, he’s made amendments to their marketing that have resulted in positive improvements to their performance and lead generation. Good work! – Lydia Whitney

Anesu Mutsau: Anesu has worked incredibly hard in ensuring he’s managing his new accounts and able to provide them with high-quality service and support they’re looking for when working with an agency such as Netmatters. Anesu’s a staple member of the digital team, helping every member support their clients and providing valued recommendations to improve performance/processes. – Lydia Whitney 

Josh Ralph: Providing some invaluable help and support on numerous new business opportunities – Elliott Peacock

Kayleigh Hall: Getting really good feedback from a client on the quality of the work and the overall direction of the project/system – Elliott Peacock

Bradley Garret: Excellent start to life in Business Development, some cracking early wins, showing real promise – Elliott Peacock

Gary Cullen: Again really strong start to the new role, generating some excellent opportunities and sealed a fantastic new business contract to top it off. – Elliott Peacock

Bethany Shakespeare: Doing a great job developing our HR support function. Specific work on the onboarding process and planned improvements to the recruitment process are worth a mention too. – James Gulliver

Eleanor Smith: Doing some excellent work on developing our new eCommerce offering. Has shown significant fortitude training with Netmatters whilst continuing to work a job the rest of the week. This has now paid off as she has joined the digital marketing team as a Digital Marketing Executive. Well done Eleanor! – James Gulliver

Dominic Slater: Completing work to a high quality in tight timescales, a solid effort! – Simon Wright

Michael Grimshaw: Quietly juggling a lot of customer work and team support. – Simon Wright

Stewart Hitchcock: Taking on more difficult tasks and building his reputation as a safe pair of hands. – Simon Wright

Craig Ward & Adam Burns: Craig and Adam have both been doing a really good job on managing customers in the pod recently and specifically Scientia who have had some very challenging obstacles for us to overcome on some planned works some of which came with very little notice but between them, Adam and Craig have ensured good customer communication and management of their expectations to ensure we can deliver a quality job. – Tom Lancaster

Jack Ottley: Constantly providing constructive feedback highlighting procedure updates in the department which all helps improves our internal processes. – Robert George

Alex Jones: Has the Telecoms projects really gripped and is helping to improve our internal processes/procedures on these to ensure we are improving across the board. – Robert George

Christian Male & Jake Seaman: Both joined in the past few months however have settled in really well taking on board and working to our company values. – Robert George
