November Notables 2024

At Netmatters, we like to celebrate the achievements and dedication of our staff, and we put aside some time each month to highlight the accomplishments of our teams and the attentive hard work of the individuals that choose to go the extra mile. 

As a company dedicated to cultivating a culture of progress and accomplishment, we find joy in exploring the exceptional achievements of our teams. We give special recognition to individuals who embody our T.R.U.E values and show unwavering dedication to delivering top-notch service to our clients. 

Amidst the darkening November nights, one name shines through as our "Notable of Notables" - none other than Aaron Cook! His exceptional contributions have truly set the bar high for the rest of us. Congratulations, Aaron! 

A Special Congratulations to Aaron Cook - Our Notable for November. 

“Aaron has been working on our 3CX multi-tenanted solution whilst also training Alex Rush on further technical elements of 3CX. Aaron has been continuing to develop the department from a technical perspective and bringing in fresh ideas for us to use as a business and to implement for our customer, all whilst continuing to complete a vast number of customer upgrades to Version 20” – Alex Jones

"Aaron is a pleasure to be around in the office, always with a smile on his face! He works exceedingly hard to ensure that the Telecoms department always provides the best service, with lots of glowing customer feedback being received.” – Bethany Shakespeare 

Introducing Our November Notables 

Liam Spence - His phenomenal work ethic and unflappable attitude, no matter how big or urgent the task, Liam will approach it with calm deliberation, break it down into manageable sections and get it done. Even when working on brand new systems, he will clearly communicate what he needs from Netmatters to do what is required and then will deliver results. The team is lucky to have him. – Callum Laxon 

Jamie Slater - Has been instrumental in developing a client’s application, overhauling their cybersecurity despite many challenges being thrown his way, be that short deadlines, or unexpected vulnerabilities and challenges from third-party vendors. The project has been a massive success thanks to him. – Jake Rackham 

Jimmy Wright – Jimmy is providing incredible value to all departments within the Web Dev admin system changes, specifically HR! I’ve thrown some big requests his way recently and he is always careful to ensure he knows exactly what I’m looking for from the change, and how it can help and improve a process. Thanks Jimmy! – Bethany Shakespeare 

Dannielle Peeke-Vout - She provided excellent cover for the Brent Rambos squad recently. She worked hard and was able to support both squads despite it being a busy week! Her efforts are very much appreciated. – Ash Ward 

Will Thompson - Will has been the definition of reliable this month with a steady hand on the wheel for all his ongoing projects and plenty of others to boot. Will is always busy, but never too busy to take care of something that needs to be done. Absolute star and we're lucky to have him.  – Matt Hurst 

Simon Jones - Simon is doing a fantastic job of building out our account management layer and keeping the account management team pointing in the right direction. The benefit of having this layer in place has been huge across all sectors with building better working relationships with our customers and this is no small part due to Simon’s role in being an advocate for the customer’s perspective on all we do. – Tom Lancaster 

Elliot Norman – Elliot is doing a great job reviewing reports and ensuring a high standout of output is sent to customers. He’s also had a high level of office attendance over the recent weeks, helping staff absorb knowledge through osmosis. – Jim Palmer 

Jake Tuley/Ollie Thompson – If there is one standout notable performance this year, it’s Ollie’s and Jake’s work to keep a client onboard following the customer handing in their notice. The team worked tirelessly to keep the client on board, and they have now signed a new contract to stay onboard as a customer. – Jim Palmer 

Dylan Taylor – Doing a great job being the PM of Jake’s squad, taking real ownership of his clients doing what he can to ensure they are in the space. – Jim Palmer 

Courtney Holmes – Consistently delivering great client calls, where we are talking about our tier 1 objectives and measures of success, ensuring clients are seeing value in the work we are doing. – Jim Palmer  

Emily Mackley – Great Project Manager who is always delivering excellence in all she does. – James Gulliver 

Dannielle Peeke-Vout - After completing a handful of cross-department projects, I have seen that Dannielle is always striving to ensure customer projects are completed to the highest standards.  She has the ability to handle negative customer feedback and provide positive outcomes resolving the issue and bringing the customer in line with what we are trying to achieve. Great work. – Dieter Harper  

Liam Wylie – Consistent streams of positive feedback from clients and team members show the level of care and attention he provides in everything he does. A keen and able team member, firmly in learn mode. Listening and absorbing everything and unafraid to ask tough questions or give constructive feedback. A pleasure to work with. Great work Liam! – Simon Wright 

Will Burton - He has really hit the ground running since starting here and is always willing to get stuck in and help out new starters – Kieran Sprouse 

Sean Spallen – Always happy to help and delivering great work for our large client Jarvis – who recently gave us glowing feedback, which is fantastic! – Rebecca Brine 

Simon Jones – Overseeing and managing multiple key business needs to ensure we sustain profitability whilst also keeping clients happy. – Elliott Peacock 

Dieter Harper – Dieter has been an asset in multiple new business fact finds and presentations. Really instils confidence and trust when engaging with clients. – Elliott Peacock 

Devon Maidment – Devon delivered a fantastic review meeting for a key client whereby she is delivering fantastic results. – Elliott Peacock  

Gary Cullen – Gary has secured some fantastic new projects of late, surpassing targets consistently and showcased a fantastic work ethic and attitude. – Elliott Peacock  

Adam Jaggs – Adam is doing a great job with challenging work and being receptive of feedback when it comes his way. – Rob George  

Benjamin Drage – New member of the team but hearing positive feedback from his peers on how he is handling his work. – Rob George 

Dieter Harper – Doing a great job in helping the Bus Dev department in new client meetings. – Rob George  

Matthew Chapman – Great work in managing a client’s expectations on project work and providing exceptional advice. – Rob George 

Will Thompson – Approaching his work in a positive manner, ensuring his projects are all updated and clients are happy. – Rob George  

Matthew Fayers – Has made a great start over the past few months, and has proven to be a valuable addition to the team – Will Thompson 

Sean Spallen – Sean is absolutely smashing a current project, as well as providing excellent ongoing development and support for the client, as is evident from their glowing feedback. Great stuff Sean! - Peter Holmes
