We give special recognition to individuals who embody our T.R.U.E values and show unwavering dedication to delivering top-notch service to our clients. 

This October, Ollie Thompson takes the “Notable of Notables” title – an invaluable member of the team, Ollie is constantly looking out for new opportunities to help Netmatters grow and develop, with the best interest of the client at heart. Congratulations, Ollie – keep up the good work!

Lewis Wilby - Giving 100% effort on a huge Laravel Upgrade for a client, absolutely smashing it – Rebecca Brine 

Henry Sayer – Henry has been a brilliant addition to the digital team, he is pro-active and thoughtful in his contributions and is already making an impact on the work we are completing for our customers – Dannielle Peeke-Vout 

Emily Caseley - Stepping up with assisting the department when Ben was off whilst managing some important work. – Jim Palmer 

Will Thompson - Will always has a positive attitude to his work regardless of how many tasks he is facing. His relaxed and composed demeanour positively influences others and brings laughter to the room - Dieter Harper 

Adam Jaggs – Always happy to help with any issue, whilst managing a very high workload at all times. A vital asset to the team. – Will Thompson 

Rebecca Moore – With over 236 CV’s reviewed this month, and 11 roles offered and accepted, I think it’s exceedingly clear to see how hard Becky has been working on recruitment for our ever-growing teams! Great work Becky! – Bethany Shakespeare 

Courtney Noel – Courtney works exceedingly hard to keep the accounts department moving on a day-to-day basis, being diligent and answering a whole variety of queries that come her way. Alongside this, she is always continuing to expand her knowledgebase and understanding of the inner-workings of the world of accounts! – Bethany Shakespeare 

Matthew Chapman – Matt is always willing to help out colleagues and customers alike. This month he stepped in to help complete a complex project with a very tight deadline, going above and beyond to ensure the project was completed in time. Matt is a well experienced, knowledgeable technician, and is a reliable point of escalation within the IT department. Nothing is ever too much trouble, he always has a positive, can-do attitude. - Sophie Maxam 

Rhys Douglas - Each interaction with Rhys is an absolute pleasure. He is always willing to provide help & assistance where required. Never rude & always willing to go the extra mile to help his colleagues. – Harry Lynch 

Ash Ward - Going the extra mile to assist with a large website go live this month. – Jonathan Haylock 

Sean Bosley - Has taken on new clients as technical lead in his stride, professionally handling the uptick in new challenges and is already receiving positive feedback from them. - Jake Rackham 

Will Burton - Will has come in and really hit the ground running; he is an asset to the team. – Chris Waldie 

Lucy Hathaway and Jonathan Diamand - providing really great patient assistance with new starters in the Cambridge Team. – Chris Waldie
