Celebrating the achievements and dedication of our staff, at Netmatters, we put aside some time each month to highlight the accomplishments of our team and the attentive hard work of the individuals that choose to go the extra mile.

We give special recognition to individuals who embody our T.R.U.E values and show unwavering dedication to delivering top-notch service to our clients.

Introducing Our September Notables 

Luke Youngman – Luke has been working tirelessly on multiple site builds, go-lives, and additional requirements, many of which have been time-sensitive for a major customer. His communication with the client has been outstanding, consistently ensuring that all requests are managed at an exceptional level and delivered promptly. I genuinely can't imagine handling these projects without his invaluable contributions! – Dannielle Peeke-Vout 

Jonathan Diamand - He has been buddied up with Abins for Abins’ first week here at Netmatters. He has shown that he is a great team player demonstrating great support & guidance for his peers. – Harry Lynch 

Liam Spence – Always a calm and collected presence, Liam is always willing to help with any issue and is a great asset to the team. - Kieran Sprouse 

Will Thompson - Since joining the team Will has been an asset. No job too big or small, and always willing to go out of his way to help out others. Will is the definition of a team player and is greatly appreciated in service delivery. – Matt Hurst 

Aaron Cook – Completing a number of customer migrations to Version 20 in hours and out of hours. Assisting and training Alex Rush to the point Alex is able to take a project from initiation to completion. Also assisting bus dev providing best advise to prospective customers – Alex Jones  

Courtney Holmes – Courtney comes in every day in a positive and bubbly mood. She is always happy, takes on urgent tasks calmly and produces fantastic results. She is building fantastic relationships with customers. – Rebecca Sibanda 

Elliott Peacock – Doing an exceptional job of progressing large opportunities under considerable pressure. – James Gulliver 

Harry Lynch – Developing well into the role of Squad leader and taking feedback positively.  – James Gulliver 

Jaz Instone-Brewer – Jaz is doing an incredible job of owning the design offering at Netmatters. Her designs are spot on, she has full ownership of this department and is coming up with some fantastic creative ideas – all the hallmarks of a good egg. Keep up the good work Jaz! – Jim Palmer 

Courtney Holmes – Courtney is doing a fantastic job at leading the accounts she is involved in. The client calls I have listened to have been really good and she’s always willing to put her hand up to assist. Great work Courtney. – Jim Palmer 

Ollie Thompson – Ollie’s really stepped up in the last month, doing what he can to ensure that clients are happy and never afraid to jump in front of a problem. I’m confident he is buying us lives and helping retain clients. Good work Ollie! – Jim Palmer 

Bethany Shakespeare – Helping assist with improvements within the digital team this month, all of which have been well received. Thanks Bethany. – Jim Palmer

Tomas Leigh – Consistently strives to make a positive impression with the clients that he is the technical lead for and always keeps the client’s IT needs and best interests at the forefront of his work. - Jamie Slater 

Rob Edmonds – Rob is excelling as the TL on several projects, skilfully navigating challenges and consistently providing high-quality client estimates – Peter Holmes 

Rosario Furia - Rosario has done a fantastic job in September in delivering exceptional strategies and providing the best advice & practice to his new clients, showing both strategic thinking and leadership. He's also received positive feedback from a client during an onboarding meeting which is fantastic! Well done Rosario! – Jake Tuley  

Alex Rush - The newest member of the telecoms team. He has hit the ground running. His previous experience had him well-placed to slot into the team. He is learning fast and taking on more and more tasks, he has completed onsite work for a number of clients already. Well done Alex, you are a great addition to the team- keep up the excellent work – Chris Gulliver 

Alex Rush – Alex has been fantastic with the work he has been doing in Telecoms. Alex has only been with us for two months and is already taking projects from initiation to completion. Nothing is ever to much to ask from Alex and he takes everything in his stride. – Alex Jones
