Tessa Dempsey – Netmatters 5 Year Legend 

Today, we celebrate the brilliant accomplishments of Tessa Dempsey as she celebrates 5 years with us, entering the hall of fame as our newest 'Legend!' 

In 2019, Tessa joined our Web Development team as a Web Project Manager, responsible for delivering website projects on time and to a high standard. After succeeding in this role, it became clear that Tessa had a passion for brand management. She became Netmatters' first Brand Marketing Manager in 2023, focusing on developing, managing and unifying the corporate brand identity of Netmatters through our marketing efforts. 

Tessa has really taken her new role and made it her own, from improving procedures and policies to producing a great marketing output to making significant contributions to improving workplace diversity and equality at Netmatters.  

From empowering our team to speak up, to supporting personal development, embracing diversity and her keen focus on providing a positive end-to-end experience for all, there isn’t a single part of our T.R.U.E values that Tessa doesn’t deliver. Tessa makes Netmatters a great place to work and her consistent efforts do not go amiss.

In celebration of Tessa’s Legend Status, Netmatters are presenting her with the ‘Long Service Award’ along with a special gift to reward all her diligent work.  

In addition, to honour Tessa’s Long Service Award, we have planted another 100 trees in our Ecologi Forest to help improve our Carbon Footprint. Check out the latest progress of our Ecologi Scheme.
