Some Specifics Of The Role:
The IT Project Manager is focused on ensuring our clients IT Projects are well managed and deliver benefit to our clients. A well-managed project is one which is completed within the time and agreed budget and where there is a high level of communication between the Project Manager- the client & the Technical team. In addition to this, the IT Project Manager will be responsible for managing the clients relationship, helping the develop their long-term IT Strategy and Development along with running client meetings and managing IT Packages.
As a Project Manager, you will be required to be good on the phone and organised. Also, consistent and able to complete tasks thoroughly applying intelligence and broader understanding where necessary. Good under pressure, punctual and flexible.
- Write Project Proposals, Estimates, and Project Communications.
- Managing and Coordinating Projects for Existing clients & ensuring they are progressed at all times.
- Managing clients IT Support packages.
- Managing the Booking & Running of IT review meetings.

- Liaise with technical and creative staff to produce the desired outcome for the client.
- Manage IT projects.
- Maintain ongoing account relationships to maximise future growth opportunities.
- Multi-task and prioritise responsibilities.
