What We Are Looking For

We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Digital Marketing Project Manager to join our accomplished team here at Netmatters as we embark on many new projects and challenges.   

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a growing agency that focuses on excelling in every aspect of our day-to-day work. You will be working directly with clients, our internal technicians and account managers to ensure that we deliver on our client's goals and objectives.

What makes a Junior Digital Marketing Project Manager?

Some specifics of the role:

Excellent on the phone and always organised. Diligent with the ability to take responsibility. Consistent and able to complete tasks thoroughly applying knowledge and a broader understanding where necessary. Good under pressure, punctual, and flexible.

And able to:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, display advertising, and search engine marketing.

  • Manage and oversee the project management process from inception to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and development, to ensure that all digital marketing projects are executed to a high standard.

  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations for each project.

  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that arise.

  • Analyse campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to improve performance.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, making recommendations for improvements and new initiatives.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Decision-making and excellent negotiation skills.

  • Dynamic, enthusiastic & passionate to achieve.

Extra skills that would be great:

  • Experience in Website Development Project Management.

  • Understanding of Digital Marketing.

  • Strong organisational and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and required quality standards.

  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads and other Digital Marketing tools.
