September 2021 Notables

Every month we celebrate the most notable of employees here at Netmatters. Each department head is asked to nominate individuals they feel have gone above and beyond in the previous month. We have continued to see some fantastic examples of notable worthy behaviour again this month with staff doing their utmost to continue to deliver at every turn.

We saw some fantastic work in September and particularly from our most notable of employees who has had an amazing 2021 so far. This month we celebrate a team member of the Web team who continues to take on valued responsibility, maintaining a can-do attitude and working collectively with the Netmatters team to produce fantastic results.

Jordan McDowall

Jordan has been working on a project for me recently which crosses over with multiple other projects with other developers, some in different pods. Jordan has been the go to guy for assisting the rest of the team and is really impressing with his willingness to take on any issues they’re finding and be the guy to find a way through it. – Tom Lancaster

Jordan McDowall - has really embraced a new product for the web team and working for a very large new client. Jordan has been key to our works on WordPress recently and is approaching design with a 'low-code' approach. Really interested to see how we implement this moving forward, and it looks in safe hands! – Adam Greer

Joshua Gladman – doing an excellent job delivering the goods. – James Gulliver

Alex Jones – Working hard to deliver efficiency on all telecoms projects. Going the extra mile to make sure we deliver and customer’s expectations are exceeded. – James Gulliver

Aaron Cook - Doing a great job in the deployment of Telecoms work providing fantastic customer service and also being a real team player in helping to resolve issues. This has been shown in the positive feedback we have had directly from clients – Robert George

Matthew Harrop - Balancing his workload whilst assisting new starters in the dept approaching everything with a “can do” attitude - Robert George

Sophie Maxam – has settled in really well work efficiently and picking up our processes. - Robert George

Matt Hurst – Doing a great job in managing the POD remaining a calming influence for the team to call upon. - Robert George

Chris Waldie – Constantly putting forward ways in which our process can improve in a constructive manner - Robert George

Matthew Chapman – Always gets on with the job in hand with minimal fuss whilst ensuring his actions are progressed in a timely manner - Robert George

Matt Reynolds – Matt has been a staple in the Digital team heading up all things design for several years. Matt has stepped up responsibility helping manage team targets and providing excellent support on all client accounts. – Lydia Whitney

Lisa Pollard - Excellent start from Lisa who only joined us in September, she has a proper can-do attitude, happy to take on anything asked of her. She is fitting into the team really well- its a pleasure to have her in the team :) Well done Lisa :) – Chris Gulliver

Rosalind Fenn - Rosalind also joined us in September, she is positive and engaging with visitors and staff (excellent qualities for a reception based role), good eye for detail and is keen to do a good job - Well done Rosalind :) – Chris Gulliver

Bethany Shakespeare - Team player, has helped Lisa and Rosalind get up to speed with their new roles. A real asset to the company, All your effort and hard work is very much appreciated :) – Chris Gulliver

Simon Wright – Simon has been doing a great job tech leading a massive new project that we have for a customer which has a lot of moving parts, he’s been putting in some serious effort on this and is making the management of the project a lot easier from my side with his technical excellence! – Tom Lancaster

Stacey Monet – Stacey has been doing a great job on some project work that’s currently being undertaken in the pod, she has shown a real interest in the overall processes of the business to ensure that she is in the best place to make recommendations on the project moving forwards. – Tom Lancaster
