September Notable Employees

Once a month here at Netmatters, we like to recognise an employee as being the "Notable Employee of the Month", to show our appreciation to the hard work shown by this individual throughout the month. Each department manager nominates one employee who has excelled in their daily responsibilities over the past month, to acknowledge them as a candidate for this award.

The Notable of Notables is presented to a member of staff who has delivered some fantastic work whilst taking on an advanced job role. His normal workload has not been affected by this transition and he is still delivering excellent results. This month's Notable of Notables is awarded to Josh Ralph.

Ashley Ward - Ash has been handed some very difficult work on a large project that he is not familiar with and has taken it in his stride. Working through the request with minimal help, creating good quality code and following our best practices, he's impressed us with his work ethic and adaptability. Jim Palmer – Jim's recent performance has been exemplary. He has grown into his role excellently and his commitment and desire to grow the digital marketing department is inspiring. - Elliott Peacock

Frank Desai - Frank has and continues to manage extra-curricular projects as well ensuring his day to day responsibilities are delivered effectively. He has been and continues to be a hugely positive influence on the team. - Elliott Peacock

Adam Burns - Adam has forged a really strong pod within the IT department. Adam and his team have receiving glowing reviews from clients. Excellent job! – Elliott Peacock

Samantha Lupton - Samantha has hit the ground running and has been managing her projects in an efficient and methodical manner. - James Gulliver

Richard Dent - Richard is a very handy person to have around, he is very practical. He is always happy to step in and help with whatever is needed. We are really impressed how he assisted with the burst water pipe we experienced in the office this week. He got stuck in and got it sorted for us! Thanks Richard! – Chris Gulliver
