What You Should Bring:

  • Proven track record in Project Management/ Project Administration.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and required quality standards.
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills.
  • Dynamic, enthusiastic & passionate to achieve.

Extra Skills That Would Be Great:

  • An understanding of business processes and workflows.
  • Experience working with developers or creatives in an agency setting or in-house.
  • Experience working with either open-source or bespoke web systems.
  • Familiarity with UX optimisation.
  • Understanding of digital marketing.
  • Experience of PRINCE2 would be beneficial.


Some Specifics Of The Role:

  • Receive briefs from customers and ensure we clearly understand their objectives so we can give the best technical advice on how to achieve them.
  • Write Project Proposals and Estimates with input from the technical team.
  • Keeping customers up to date throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Management and prioritizing of workload for a team of developers.
  • Testing work delivered against briefs for sign-off.
  • Maintain ongoing account relationships to maximise future growth opportunities.
